Casa Amora is a luxury holiday home close to Warburton township, perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.
This newly built, very modern home has four bedrooms and a large open-plan living and kitchen area. It sleeps up to 9 guests, with three queen beds and a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top), which suits family and friend groups. The main bedroom has a walk-in robe, an ensuite and beautiful mountain views.
Large windows throughout give views of the surrounding mountains in every direction, including from every window in the living area. Skylights over the kitchen and staircase fill the home with natural light.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. It includes a coffee machine and overlooks the back garden. There are two bathrooms and three toilets, including a powder room off the kitchen.
The large living space has a comfortable couch and TV area and a custom dining table that seats eight. A wall divider with a faux open fire feature separates the spaces. At the front of the living room is a sitting area, a good spot for a book and a cup of tea while you take in the view.
Downstairs, the family room has a billiards table and opens onto a covered alfresco and outdoor entertaining area.
Every room has air conditioning, and the living area has heating and cooling, so you'll be comfortable in any season.
The double garage has parking for two cars and an EV charger.
Location
Casa Amora is a short drive from Warburton township. You can also walk, but be warned it's uphill on the way back! It's a great base for exploring the Yarra Valley, including the Redwood Forest, La La Falls and Mt Donna Buang. A little further afield are Healesville Sanctuary and a large selection of wineries along the Warburton and Maroondah Highways. And let's not forget the local fruit farms in season.
Things to note
• Parking is in the driveway and garage only. There's no on-street parking, so we suggest carpooling where possible.
• Some areas of the yard will be marked out of bounds while landscaping works are under way.
