Cosy studio cottage available for either 6 or 12 month lease. The open plan cottage has split system for heating and cooling to keep you comfortable all year round. The bathroom has a claw foot style bath and separate shower. The studio can be either furnished or unfurnished. A small courtyard size area is included for renter use.
Rental includes utilities.

Note: This is a shared property - owners access other areas not included in the tenancy, there is also a second dwelling on the property - the driveway is shared.
