Directly opposite the famous Yarra River, Warburton Trails Accommodation is walking distance to Warburton Township and the iconic Warburton Rail Trail, the perfect location for your next getaway. Whether it be a cycling getaway with friends, a family getaway to see the local sights or just an escape from reality, Warburton Trails Accommodation offers a home away from home.

Warburton Trails Accommodation is the lower level of the main house on the property boasting an open plan living-dining area with kitchenette with pod coffee machine. The kitchenette offers the basics you need for self-catering, however being so close to Warburton township there are many cafes and restaurants to visit during your stay. There is a barbecue pavilion just out the front gates with free barbecues and outdoor tables for outdoor dining by the river.

Sleeping up to six guests, Warburton Trails Accommodation has three comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two with twin king singles. Catering for cycling stays, the laundry has plenty of bike storage and a bike repair kit for those little hiccups along the way. Outside on the driveway, there is a bike cleaning station ensuring your bike is clean and ready for the journey home after a weekend of fun on the trails.

Warburton Trails Accommodation is set on a large corner block in the heart of Warburton. The property is shared with two smaller homes with Warburton Trails Accommodation overlooking the centre common area of garden. The owner lives in the upper level of the accommodation with his two friendly dogs, Daisy & Ruby.

Things to Note:
Dogs are welcome to stay however they must be friendly with other dogs due to resident dogs Daisy & Ruby.
The property is fenced over the whole corner block however there isn’t a fenced area for the accommodation space.
Guests have access to the home via the driveway off St Johns Road. They have use of the patio area off at their accommodation and shared use of the centre garden area to the front gate. No access to the two homes located on the property, we ask for guests to respect the privacy of these residents. The owners lives on site in the upper level of the accommodation.
No shoes are allowed to be worn inside.
