Toolebewong Farm Cottage is nestled on Toolebewong Farm surrounded by paddocks and farm life, where you can spend your time strolling the beautiful gardens, definitely a must see as the 100 year old gardens bloom all year round. Most seasons could see you setting up in a shaded area with a good book and glass of wine. Winter is the perfect time to see the thousands of bluebells in full bloom or the delightful hellebores which appear towards the front of the cottage, Autumn sees an amazing display of colour when the leaves on the deciduous trees turn and fall, springtime of course shows the rhododendrons and roses in full bloom. Calves, lambs and foals are usually in the paddocks surrounding the main gardens, and summer brings balmy nights, lots of shade and an unmatched privacy of being in your own secluded place.

The Cottage is studio style with open plan kitchen, living and bedroom and a separate ensuite bathroom, complete with a claw footed bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and there is a king-sized bed for a good night's sleep. The Cottage is comfortable all year round with split system for heating and cooling. The deck area with a barbecue and outdoor setting overlooks the farm paddocks and the Don River, and is a perfect space to just take in your surroundings.

Escape and relax at the charming Toolebewang Farm Cottage located in Don Valley only a 90 minute drive from the city and central to Warburton and Healesville townships. This is the perfect location to explore the Upper Yarra Valley, with the abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and wineries all with an easy drive. Let’s not forget Healesville Sanctuary and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie.

If the weather conditions are cold enough there will be snow at Mt Donna Buang, around 30 minutes from the Cottage. Mt Donna Buang is great for snow play and tobogganing. Please check local websites for road conditions and closures before heading to the Summit.

The Redwood Forest, Lala Falls and Upper Yarra Dam are all a short drive from Warburton and definitely worth a visit.
